Early on in her career, Roxy did an interesting series of pictures with a
black hat and face net. Pictures number 1 &
2 & 3 are a sample.
Photo # 5 is a rare example of a gloomy Rox. Number
8 shows what a really beautiful woman she was,
and I included a close-up # 9 to emphasize what a pretty
face she had. Number 16 could be called an example of "overposing"by
the photographer, (and it's one of my favorite Roxy pictures!)
And number 18 is a picture I used for the month of November
and Veteran's Day, in a Roxy salute to the vets.
I want to thank Roxy fan E.F. (see email section) for
finding #24 a rare early Roxy that was part of an
"Office" shoot which is featured in pictures 25 to
33 which also leads us into
"SMOKIN' ROX"
One thing we do know about Roxy for sure is that she enjoyed a good puff now and then.
(One can only hope she stopped before it affected her health and those magnificent
lungs!)As pictures 32 through 37 show,
it looks like it started when she was a mere office clerk and couldn't
resist Mr. Nicotine. From there the path could only lead to one thing; from innocent
model to a smokin' biker babe! #37
Besides displaying her obvious attributes, Roxy had another "side" to her.
A side I call CHEEKY ROX
No cheesecake here, just strictly CHEEKcake for
all you fans of Sir Mix-A-Lot's "Baby Got Back!"
