ROXY IN BLACK & WHITE

Black and White photography is almost a lost art. When Roxanne began her modeling career in the early 70`s the men's magazine of the era were just beginning to add color photos on a regular basis. Up until that point the processing and printing of color had been prohibitably expensive.
Also the quality of color pictures often varied according to the quality of labs used, with photos often not as clear or sharp as the black and white.
As these Roxy photos can show, often times b/w pictures could be more sensual and detailed, using shadow and contrasts to heighten photos.
Either way in's unfortunate that this kind of photography is now largely ignored. Done right, it was an art form in it's day.

And here's a sampler of what can be found below in the section I called Roxy's...
BOSOM BUDDIES
...both old and new. Here is Michelle Angelo # 31-32 "The most photgraphed model of the 60`s" with a nice contrast between the start of her famous career and a photo taken in later years, showing that she still had "it" (or them). Next is the one and only legendary Betty (or Bettie)Page # 33-34...next to Roxy she was my favorite model. (I would have loved to have done a website on her but there were so many already). Next is the amazing Sarenna Lee 35-36 ,Candy Samples 37-38 ,Uschi Digart 39-40 , Ann Marie-the Russ Meyer discovery 41-42 , Yvette Connors 43-44 , and cute Tracy Neve 45-46.
